Through hands-on workshops, expert-led discussions, and an inspiring field trip, you’ll learn how typography shapes digital experiences in augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and interactive media. You’ll also discover how immersive design can be used for social impact and sustainability, making this course both a creative and meaningful journey.

We'll start with an on-line session where we will introduce basic concepts and invite you to work on lightweight exercises in preparation for the in-person event.

REGISTRATION TIMELINE FOR ERAM SUMMER SCHOOL 2025
Step 1: Prepare Your Application Package
Prepare the application form, a motivation letter, and a portfolio (shared via a drive).

Your institution must complete and sign required documents. Ensure your university shares with you the link to apply. You must have a motivation letter ready to upload.
Step 2: Submit Application
Deadline: April 7th, 2025
Submit all required documents based on your chosen participation type.
Step 3: Arrange Payment
Pay the program fee (covers tuition, materials, accommodation, trips, etc.). Once we receive your application form, we will guide how to proceed with the payment.
Option 2:
Book with ERAM a six-night in a double room accommodation B&B (limited availability).
Option 3:
Arrange independent accommodation.
ATTENTION: Students applying for this course must make a payment on top of the accommodation expenses if applies.
Payment Deadline: April 30, 2025.
Once we receive your application in the link, we will guide how to proceed with the payment.
Step 4: Final Preparations
Students will cover their travel expenses (transport, transfers, food, activities not included in the programme). Confirm you have a valid health insurance in Spain.
EU citizens must hold a valid European Health Card. Other citizens must have a private insurance valid for the course dates.Ensure all required documents and payments are completed before deadlines.You forfeit your right to attend the course if you fail to make your payment on time.
